Shopping For An EV
From finding the right car to taking it home.
Yes. Revolve Motors specializes in pre-owned electric vehicles from multiple brands, all in one place. Our goal is to make shopping for an EV easier, more transparent, and a lot less intimidating.
We’re EV people. We understand the cars, we believe in transparent information, and we don’t believe buying a vehicle should involve pressure or games. Our vehicles are inspected, our pricing is one-price, and our team is here to help you buy the right car — not talk you into one.
We use one-price pricing, which means the price you see is the price we’re asking for. No back-and-forth, no wondering whether somebody else got a better deal, and no spending your afternoon negotiating. We value your time and ours.
Start with how you actually use your car. Think about your commute, charging access, passenger and cargo needs, road trips, weather, and the features you care about most. Our team can help you compare multiple EV brands without pushing you toward one particular manufacturer.
That’s exactly what our Personal Shopping service is for. Tell us what you want, what matters to you, and your budget. We’ll help search for the right vehicle instead of asking you to settle for whatever happens to be sitting on the lot.
Our website reflects our current inventory, but vehicles can sell quickly. If there’s one you’re specifically interested in, we recommend reaching out before making the drive so we can confirm its availability.
Yes. Our vehicles go through an inspection process before they are offered for sale. We also believe in giving you useful information about the vehicle so you can make an informed decision rather than relying on a shiny detail job and crossed fingers.
Yes. Vehicle history information is part of our commitment to transparency. Ask us about the vehicle you’re considering and we’ll help you review the available history information.
Absolutely. In fact, we think driving the car is one of the best ways to figure out whether it’s actually right for you. Contact us to reserve a time and we’ll have the vehicle ready.
Delivery may be available depending on the vehicle, destination, and transaction. Reach out to our team and we can talk through the logistics with you.

EV Ownership
The everyday stuff people wonder about after going electric.
Not necessarily, but home charging can make EV ownership much more convenient. A Level 2 charger allows many EV owners to plug in overnight and start the next day ready to go. We can also help connect you with home-charging installation resources.
It depends on the vehicle and battery chemistry. Many EVs are happiest with a lower daily charge limit, while some battery types are designed to be charged to 100% more regularly. Follow the recommendations for your specific vehicle.
Yes, colder temperatures can temporarily reduce driving range because the battery and cabin heating systems use additional energy. Preconditioning while plugged in and using scheduled charging can help make winter EV ownership easier.
Absolutely. The biggest difference is simply planning where you’ll charge. Charging speed, available charging networks, weather, and your vehicle’s real-world range all matter when planning a longer trip.
Regenerative braking uses the electric motor to slow the vehicle while sending some of that energy back into the battery. It can reduce how often the friction brakes are used and is one of the things that makes driving an EV feel different from driving a traditional gas vehicle.
EV batteries are designed for long-term use, but battery health varies with age, mileage, charging habits, temperature, vehicle design, and individual use. A battery health report can give you more useful information about a specific vehicle than simply looking at its displayed range.

EV Service + Maintenance
Less maintenance doesn’t mean no maintenance.
We recommend an annual maintenance visit as a good general check-in for your EV. Electric vehicles typically need less routine maintenance than gas-powered vehicles, but they still have tires, brakes, suspension, filters, steering components, HVAC systems, and other wear items that deserve attention. Your exact schedule will depend on your specific vehicle.
No oil changes does not mean no maintenance. Depending on the EV, routine care can include tire rotations, tire inspections, brake cleaning and inspection, cabin air filters, fluid checks, suspension and steering inspections, alignments, HVAC service, and manufacturer-specific maintenance.
We generally recommend checking rotation needs around every 5,000–7,000 miles, depending on your vehicle, tires, driving habits, and manufacturer recommendations. EVs can be hard on tires, so regular rotations help promote even wear and extend tire life. That’s also why tire rotations are free at Revolve Motors.
Battery packs can make EVs heavier than comparable gas vehicles, and instant torque makes acceleration very easy to enjoy. Weight, torque, tire pressure, alignment, tire choice, and driving style can all affect tire wear. Regular rotations and alignment checks can make a noticeable difference.
Yes. Regenerative braking can extend the life of brake pads and rotors, but your friction brakes still need to be inspected and maintained. Because they may be used less often, rust, moisture, road salt, and buildup can become concerns. Brake cleaning is an important part of EV maintenance, especially in wet climates.
A fully electric vehicle does not have a traditional internal-combustion engine, so there is no engine oil to change. Your EV still has other fluids, filters, wear items, and systems that may require maintenance.
Absolutely. You do not have to buy your EV from Revolve Motors to bring it to us for service. We work on multiple brands of electric vehicles and love helping people keep the EV they already own on the road longer.
Nope. We have extensive Tesla experience, but our EV service team works on multiple electric vehicle makes and models. If you’re not sure whether we can service yours, give us a call.
Yes. If your Tesla is outside its factory warranty — or you simply want an independent option — we can help with EV maintenance, diagnostics, tires, alignments, brakes, suspension, and other repair needs.
Please bring us the weird noises. Creaks, rattles, squeaks, clunks, warning lights, or something that just feels off — diagnostics are a big part of what we do. The first 30 minutes of diagnostics at Revolve Motors are free.

Financing + Protection
Questions about paying for it and protecting it afterward.
Yes. We work with lending partners to help customers explore financing options based on their individual situation, vehicle, loan structure, and credit profile.
Depending on the lender, loan structure, and approval, taxes, registration, and certain transaction costs may be included in the financed amount. Our team can walk you through how it applies to your specific purchase.
Zero-down financing may be available to qualified buyers, depending on the vehicle, lender, credit profile, and loan structure. We can help you explore the options available to you.
Different lenders have different approval criteria. We work with customers across a range of credit situations and can help submit your application to lending partners that may fit your needs. Approval and terms are determined by the lender.
It may be possible. First-time buyers and customers with limited credit histories can have different financing options depending on the lender and overall application. We’re happy to help you understand the process.
Financing may still be available depending on your individual situation and lender requirements. Reach out to our team and we can help you explore available options without making promises about approval.
Yes. Revolve Motors offers Fidelity Protection Products for qualifying vehicles, including EV-focused vehicle service contracts and additional protection options. Coverage depends on the vehicle and specific contract.
