POSITION // 001

Entry Level Service Technician

A hands-on opportunity to learn EV service, diagnostics, inspections, tires, alignments, and vehicle reconditioning.

ENTRY LEVEL
WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Perform battery health reports using diagnostic tools and software.
  • Complete tire repair, mounting, balancing, and replacement.
  • Assist with and learn wheel alignments.
  • Conduct vehicle safety inspections.
  • Support basic brakes, filters, cabin checks, and vehicle reconditioning.
  • Use digital systems to document inspections and repair findings.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Hungry to learn and grow in the EV space.
  • Comfortable working with your hands and on a computer.
  • Some automotive background through school, shop work, or personal experience.
  • Curious, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Excited about electric vehicles and the future of transportation.

Electronic Service Technician

For an experienced automotive technician ready to work deeper in EV diagnostics, electrical systems, and high-voltage repair.

EXPERIENCED
WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Diagnose and repair EV electrical and high-voltage systems.
  • Work through drivability and battery-related concerns.
  • Perform tires, brakes, suspension, and alignments.
  • Inspect, test-drive, and recondition vehicles for sale.
  • Help improve shop processes, tooling, and workflows.
  • Communicate findings, timelines, and repair strategies clearly.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 5+ years of automotive service experience.
  • EV experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on electrical diagnostic experience.
  • High-voltage experience is a major plus.
  • Strong critical-thinking skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, build-as-we-go environment.
