ENTRY LEVEL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform battery health reports using diagnostic tools and software to assess overall battery condition
Complete tire repair and replacement (mounting, balancing, patching) with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
Assist with and learn wheel alignments, ensuring vehicles meet manufacturer specs
Conduct safety inspections on retail vehicles to ensure they are road-ready and customer-ready
Support vehicle reconditioning (basic brakes, filters, cabin checks, and general prep for sale)
Use digital tools and systems to document work, track inspections, and communicate findings
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace, especially around EV/high-voltage systems

WHO YOU ARE

Entry-level, but hungry to learn and grow in the EV space
Comfortable working with your hands and on a computer
Some background in automotive (school, shop, or serious personal tinkering)
Curious about how things work - and not afraid to take them apart (and put them back together)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in your work
Excited about electric vehicles and the future of transportation

ELECTRONIC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

WHAT YOU'll DO

Diagnose and repair EV electrical and high-voltage systems, including drivability and battery-related concerns
Execute core service work (tires, brakes, suspension, alignments) with efficiency and quality
Inspect, test-drive, and recondition vehicles for sale
Support internal decision-making by flagging vehicle condition and risk during intake and recon
Help define and improve shop processes, tooling, and workflows as we scale
Communicate clearly with the team on findings, timelines, and repair strategies
Communicate with teammates and customers clearly, explaining vehicle status, recommended maintenance, and service timelines

WHAT YOU BRING

5+ years of automotive service experience(EV experience strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics (high-voltage exposure is a big plus)
Ability to think critically - not just follow repair procedures
Comfort working in a fast-moving, build-as-we-go environment
Strong attention to detail in inspections and reconditioning
Clear, professional communication with both team (when needed) customers
